  Best subway has a very great service. staff very happy . very clean. bread always fresh and food looks to a good standard. Keep up the good work subway toukley . I love subway but your shop is the best so far

  Just purchased 2 foot long subs from the Toukley store and we are extremely disappointed with what we received. We asked for all salads on both subs but were short changed only getting lettuce, onion, tomato, & carrot on one and the same plus jalapeno's on the other, no sign of olives, pickles, or capsicum. My partner's chicken fillet was still frozen in the middle. Both subs were soggy to the point of them disintegrating into a sloppy mess in your hands. We both agreed they were the worst subs we have had EVER. The service in store was shocking. The young kid on the register didn't even know about a combo deal they had sign posted all over the shop and accordingly tried to over charge me. One star as I can not give them zero stars.
